I’ve done NOTHING all day, and I feel like shit for that.
Oh yeah, I also didn’t reach my health-goal for when my parents arrive next week and we have to go to the judgmental college town of Elon, so I’m going to feel extremely self conscious in my skin there, since there is a certain image that everyone needs to meet.
Option 1: Unhealthy 2x a day intensive yoga and pilates to damage my self esteem so I look “pretty” there.
Option 2: Go back to my OLD 1x every three days normal yoga routine and just fuck everything and be me.
Honestly, not sure which route I’ll take.
