My roommate and I are watching a bunch of Cirque videos because we really want to go see a show (I’ve been two two Cirque shows in the past, but Erin hasn’t).
We watched this entire video of a waterbowl performance rehearsal, and I got all the goosebumps, just seeing her flip in and out of the water like a mermaid. It’s beautiful. 

I sometimes wish that I actually went into something like this when I was a kid. Gymnastics, maybe, so I could do something useful and beautiful with my body…While maintaining a physically healthy body, too. 

Sigh.
