No, what WILL be a first is a Scottish Disney Princess who doesn’t have a prince.

At least, those are my hopes for this movie, since not everything has to be romance Disney I mean come on.

MULAN 5EVER.

Mulan is a Disney heroine not a princess. 

However, this is something that has come up in recent discussions with my friends.
Disney is over the whole “princess trying to find true love” scenario, since kids these days don’t want to be princesses - they want to be some BRAVE BADASSES, who DON’T NEED NO MAN. 
Which is the direction that Brave is headed.
